About the role
We are looking to recruit a Primary Educational Sales Consultant to sell our highly regarded and successful range of publishing into primary schools across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire, West Berkshire and the M4 corridor into West London.
Using a consultative sales approach you will grow sales within your territory by proactively identifying opportunities and leads by visiting primary schools and working collaboratively with teachers and other education professionals.
You will strive towards building a thriving partnership with your customers based on trust and offer them practical solutions through our range of products and resources.
This role is a permanent role and is full time, term time (39 weeks), the school holidays are your own.
About you
Ideally you will need to demonstrate that you are driven, proactive, highly motivated and able to work on your own initiative with a valid driving licence.
As an experienced sales professional you will have proven consultative sales, presentation and networking skills, experience of appointment making and be computer literate.
Knowledge of the primary education market would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.
Ideally you will be based in or around the territory.
