Who we are looking for: 
We pride ourselves on the quality of our covers, and strive to create jackets that represent our authors’ words in an original and striking manner. We are looking for a talented, hard-working and experienced Designer to join our Art Director in creating covers across all genres. You will also be required to design marketing materials, and to work closely with other departments. You’ll be given your own briefs to work on, as well as working alongside the Art Director on all aspects of the design process.
 

We'd be happy to consider a 4-day weekly working arrangement for the right candidate.

The successful candidate: 
You will have at least 2 years proven experience in a Design role in the publishing industry. You will need to be able to push yourself and your designs to a very high standard. As well as being hard-working and a good communicator, you will need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills.
