Junior Designer, Transworld

We are looking for a talented junior designer to join our busy art department at Transworld.

Transworld Publishers is home to a number of best-selling authors including Paula Hawkins, Kate Atkinson, Lee Child, Sophie Kinsella, Dan Brown, Rachel Joyce, Jilly Cooper, Barney Norris, Cathy Bramley, Richard Dawkins, John Boyne, and many more. 

The ideal candidate will be bursting with ideas and able to work with the design team on a variety of projects as well as working on your own covers when appropriate. The ability to work quickly and accurately is essential. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will need to collaborate with other departments in-house as well as Illustrators, photographers and agents.

You will have a strong eye for detail, and an aptitude for the Adobe Creative Suite is a must as you will need to prepare books for pre-press and liaise closely with our production department in order to supply artwork to a very high standard.
