Ebury Publishing is one of Penguin Random House’s most eclectic and entrepreneurial publishing houses. We’re are looking to hire a Sales Director with experience and a passion for non-fiction who will play a crucial role in the Leadership team in Ebury both from a people management and strategic standpoint. You will work with an already thriving sales team as they navigate the ever evolving publishing landscape – maximising sales through online platforms and the crucial high street partnerships. With full ownership of the Ebury’s UK sales budget, this is a role for someone to really make an impact and help shape the business as it continues to grow.
In this role, communication will be key: you need to be a superior negotiator, relationship builder (both internally and externally) as well as being able to inspire and motivate.
