We publish across healthy cookery, inspirational memoir, relationships, parenting, mental health and more. We pride ourselves in bringing out books that help people live happier, more fulfilled lives.
 

Pan Macmillan is looking for a highly creative and exceptionally organized Publicity Manager with at least four years experience of managing and running effective PR campaigns and author tours.
 

The position will involve –

• Delivering fully integrated individual title campaigns which drive the profile and sale of our authors, books and brands.

• Handling trade PR for Bluebird including announcing acquisitions and building the Bluebird brand with agents, authors and industry media.

• Working with and training junior staff members.

• Organising frequent and diverse, well-attended events and publicity tours.

• Managing some author social media profiles and advise closely on others.

• Being instrumental in acquisitions and a key voice in submission discussion

We are looking for someone with specific, demonstrable, detailed knowledge of and contacts within both traditional and non-traditional media related to at least two of the following areas: Health, Psychology, Cookery, Memoir and Parenting. 
 

The successful candidate will have experience of running celebrity PR campaigns and author tours.
 

This role is based in our London office.
