Our proactive Audio team is looking for an ambitious individual who is ready to take the next step after being in an assistant role. They would ideally have a year or more experience in publishing. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fastest-growing sector in publishing. You’ll work closely with the Editorial teams across all imprints of Pan Macmillan and assist the Audio Publishing Director in managing the audio publishing programme efficiently. Responsibilities will include liaising with recording studios, managing the flow of audio assets to our digital distribution team, managing recording licensing agreements and invoices and working with the Communications team to provide audio clips for campaigns. There will also be the opportunity to be involved in the casting and recording of audiobooks.

The successful candidate will be energetic, self-motivated and organised with excellent communication skills. You will be flexible and be able to manage multiple projects. Creativity and great ideas are welcomed, as is a broad interest in audiobooks and/or podcasts.

This role will be based at our stunning new offices in Farringdon.
