Key Account Manager, ANZ

The international sales team is looking for a confident, commercially aware individual to join their department as Key Account Manager for Australia & New Zealand. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role will be responsible for PRH UK Children’s sales into ANZ.

You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as: developing and implementing sales strategies for one of our key territories, creating title and budget goals and playing a role in the successful management of our business relationship with the Australian and New Zealand Group Companies. You’ll work analytically around performance goals, tracking sales and title results and bringing that information back to the business. You’ll also be using data around the region to keep your finger on the pulse and determine where potential for growth lies on our world class Children’s list and working closely with divisional teams to progress these opportunities.

Based between the 80 Strand and Vauxhall Bridge Road offices, the ideal candidate will have first class communication skills, a demonstrable interest in Children’s publishing, an ability to build successful relationships and be proactive and forward thinking. Strong commercial acumen together with a persuasive and confident personality is also a must. Prior experience within a Children’s role is desirable but not essential.
