Social Media Executive, Vintage

VINTAGE is made up of all kinds of people, but what connects us is our love of books.

We publish some of the world’s most thought-provoking, unforgettable, beautifully designed books – from contemporary trailblazers to our red-spined VINTAGE Classics. Which means that our broad family of authors ranges from world-class prize-winners to brand new, emerging talent.

We know the thrill of coming across an undiscovered work of genius, of reading a classic that you’ve always meant to, of finding a book that speaks urgently to us and our times. We’re not just publishers – we’re passionate book lovers, dedicated to creating beautiful books for people who love to read.

Are you passionate about books, social media and communication?

If so, we are looking for a social media executive with at least a year’s experience in publishing, digital marketing, journalism or a similar field, to send our books out into the world online. The Vintage online audience reaches over 650k readers and you will be the voice of Vintage online, ensuring the delivery of world-class content on the Vintage website and social media channels.

You will be able to confidently contribute to the digital content strategy at Vintage, working closely with the Brand Director on maintaining, managing and delivering an editorial programme based on long-term goals.

We are looking for someone who is creative and curious, and who is a great communicator on social media. You will be a passionate reader of Vintage books and have a keen eye for detail, demonstrating an eye for design, excellent copywriting and communication skills and strong organisation, being able to work towards deadlines. Working with the brand team on Vintage campaigns, producing content for the social media channels which is led by excellent SEO and created for optimum engagement with the Vintage reader.

You’ll be working in a creative culture with intellectual energy which nurtures enduring professional relationships, offers excellent training, benefits package and a friendly, supportive team.

Please apply with your CV and covering letter by Monday 20th May.
