We’re looking for someone enthusiastic about making a difference, who has a commercial outlook and who is comfortable driving change.

Working across a wide range of formats and products, including novelty, you must have excellent experience of mono and colour printing, pre-press and digital workflows. You’ll work closely and collaboratively with the creative and sales teams to identify and implement solutions for manufacturing, costing and scheduling challenges.

With a track record of successfully delivering to deadlines, you’ll also have experience of leading a team and influencing and negotiating at a senior level, both internally and externally. 

This role will suit someone with strong relationship building skills. You’ll not only manage a team of 8, but understand the importance of inspiring, developing and enabling them to do their best work.

Most importantly, you’ll be creative, calm under pressure and extremely well organised.
