We are looking for a confident Publisher to join and help lead our lively London-based team, as well as develop our lists in Cultural Studies, Anthropology and Geography.

 Rowman & Littlefield International is an independent academic publisher, launched in London in 2012 and backed by an established American publishing group. We are an ambitious and collaborative team that takes a creative and distinctly interdisciplinary approach to all our activities. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a dynamic publishing business.

Educated to degree-level, candidates will ideally have at least five years’ commissioning and list management experience, as well as personnel management experience and an understanding of the academic market. You will be an enthusiastic team-player, well-organised, commercially-aware, digitally literate and active on social media, with excellent interpersonal skills.  The role is ideally suited to someone with some experience of both research and textbook publishing in the Humanities and Social Sciences. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
