Scholastic is the world’s largest publisher and distributor of children’s books, and in the UK is home to authors and illustrators including Philip Pullman, Julia Donaldson, Axel Scheffler and Liz Pichon, and series including The Hunger Games, Horrible Histories and Captain Underpants.
 

We are seeking an incredibly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our busy London team as a Rights Assistant.
 

You will support all Rights sales activity and be the first point of contact for the department both internally and externally. You will be required to manage all administration support for the department which includes managing contract fulfilment, licences, invoices, schedules, database input and preparation for book fairs throughout the year.
 

With strong customer service and sales experience you will have a proactive approach with experience of working to tight deadlines. You will be confident using Microsoft Office and have the ability to manage own workloads. You will be high organised and able to communicate effectively to all stakeholders alongside building effective working relationships.
