Job Profile:

As Sales Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Group Sales Director and other account managers.

The Role: 

Reporting to the Group Sales Director, you will be responsible for order processing, producing kits for customer presentations, liaising with our Production department and our Distributor to monitor the progress of orders, and resolving customer queries, in addition to other administration duties.  The role will involve working particularly closely with the Special sales team.

The Candidate Profile: 

A fantastic entry-level position, giving a rounded insight into the world of publishing, the ideal candidate will have strong people skills and the ability to learn quickly, along with good IT competency (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). An eye for detail and strong organisational skills are vital, a “can do” positive attitude is a must and the ability to multi-task effectively is indispensable.
