Co-edition Acquisitions Assistant
We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable person to join a small team responsible for the co-edition titles that we acquire from publishers around the world.
The position entails working closely with many in-house departments, and includes co-ordination of editorial and design resources, and liaison on scheduling and production matters with co-edition publishers. Other important responsibilities include cost control, the management of reprint titles, and the provision of material for the sales and marketing departments.

This is a good opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate to gain valuable hands-on experience across a wide range of publishing activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience of working in a publishing environment, preferably with some knowledge of production technology.
On-job training will be given in specific areas. The successful candidate must be a fast learner, numerate and display good administrative skills from day one. A good understanding of Microsoft Office and InDesign would be an advantage.
