Tate Enterprises Ltd. is the trading arm of Tate. Its chief areas of operation are retailing on four sites, publishing (both Tate exhibition catalogues and general art books, as well as illustrated children’s books), product development, picture library and licensing.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join Tate Enterprises’ busy and dynamic Merchandise team and to contribute to a growing and successful print department, reporting to the Merchandise Director. This role involves managing the production of all print merchandise (postcards, prints, dated product, custom prints etc.) across Tate’s four galleries, its wide range of exhibitions and permanent collection displays 

The ideal candidate will have excellent experience in a print production role or similar (ideally in 4-colour), have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage complex schedules with multiple deadlines, and communicate well and work collaboratively with the Merchandise, Retail and wider Tate teams. You will also manage one direct report, the Print Production Co-ordinator.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a Print Production Controller or similar looking for their next career step or a Print Production Manager looking to move into the Museum and Gallery sector.
