Marketing Manager – STM Journals

Our client, a well-respected, growing, and innovative STM journal publisher are looking to recruit an EMEA Marketing Manager.

Based from the London office, the Marketing Manager will be tasked with handling all aspects of marketing, including having a role in the implementation and communication of GDPR compliance. The main responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for all aspects of marketing, with focus on content and product marketing
• Planning and implementing communication strategy through multiple channels
• Supporting sales through continuous lead generation
• Conducting market research among users and decision-makers
• Analysing patterns of the product’s usage and purchase
• Providing informed advice to guide future product development and communication
• Ongoing analysis and optimisation of campaigns
• Development and design of marketing collateral.

The successful candidate will have significant marketing experience, ideally in STM publishing. Planning and implementation of lead generation campaigns are essential. You will have proven experience with marketing analytics, automation, and CRM systems and ideally a working knowledge of GDPR law. You will have excellent communication and image-editing skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HTML and CSS are essential and a foreign language is desirable.
