Skills Professional experience of using all major social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok; up-to-date knowledge of best practices of social media advertising and industry developments; demonstrable photography and video creation skills (including the ability to edit videos); confidence in front of the camera, to appear in video content when required; strong verbal and written communication skills (including copywriting); excellent time-management, prioritisation and organisational skills, with a close eye for detail and keen awareness of deadlines; ability to adapt to changing daily tasks; familiarity with social media software such as Sprout Social (or any scheduling and reporting equivalent, e.g., HootSuite) and Meta Business Manager; strong IT skills, particularly video editing software (e.g., InShot, CapCut, Adobe Premiere or alternatives).
