Salary and Benefits £69,800 - £93,350
Skills A high level of product management expertise in an awarding organisation and/or the educational publishing industry, with experience of leading and implementing strategy that drives commercial success. Experience of commissioning education products and digital services based on managing or undertaking market research and /or customer research, with the ability to communicate with customers to gain insights and identify the needs of a range of customer segments. Demonstrable commercial mindset and strong business acumen, including financial analysis and numeracy skills, the ability to make informed decisions to maximize commercial returns and the ability to identify emerging competitors and potential threats. Knowledge of the UK Education system at a strategic level and an understanding of the educational publishing landscape, including digital, in order to develop complex strategic propositions that take account of multiple customer needs and internal stakeholder perspectives. Experience of leading experienced professionals and building high performing teams and working cultures.
