Creative Access Company Profile

Creative Access is an organisation set up to bring new talent to the creative industries. It provides opportunities for paid internships for young people of graduate (or equivalent) standard from under-represented black, Asian and other minority ethnic backgrounds (BAME). It aims to improve their chances of securing full-time jobs and, in the longer term, increase diversity and address the imbalance in the sector. Set up in 2012, Creative Access has placed over 300 graduate interns in six month or year-long internships. They work with leading publishing companies and literary agents across the UK.

Creative Access is supported by Creative Skillset and HM Government through employer ownership funding.
