| Skills | Evidence of an interest in and commitment to children’s books and reading and an understanding of their wider cultural role; Excellent communication skills with evidence of clear communications both written (e.g. social media, press releases, web copy) and verbal (with authors/illustrators, industry partners, events etc); An ability to juggle a variety of complex tasks and prioritise them appropriately; A willingness to do external facing events and represent the company externally (festivals, exhibitions, conferences, etc); Evidence of excellent organisational skills; Evidence of an excellent eye for detail; Social media and digital marketing experience. |
