Skills	will have a passion for literature and translated fiction in particular, as well as a deep interest in culture from different parts of the world; will already be well-connected or able to build connections in the translated fiction community; will have excellent written and oral communication skills. A second language is desirable; will be organised, confident managing multiple streams of work, ideally with experience of project management, and will enjoy being part of a collaborative, creative team; will have a high level of emotional intelligence. This includes an excellent instinct for putting together – and reading the behaviour of – groups; will be sensitive to social media tone and content, and alive to the cultural and political tendencies in the world at large; will be proficient at collating and presenting information and will become adept at using shared office systems such as Asana, Slack and Zoom.
