Skills	The successful candidate will: • Have demonstrable experience as either a digital content producer, editor, writer, or all three, ideally in a journalism, book publishing or cultural institution environment; • Have experience of using CMS systems; • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Be organised and reliable with excellent attention to detail, and will be able to work calmly under pressure, especially when working to tight deadlines; • Be a self-starter who can work on their own initiative as well as collaboratively within a team, and with third parties or external individuals/ companies; • Be able to prioritise and handle multiple simultaneous tasks; • Have a good knowledge of the Booker Prizes and a passion for contemporary fiction. Experience with SEO best practice, image editing software (e.g. Photoshop), and other digital tools (e.g. Jotform, Mailchimp and quiz-making tools) is a bonus.
