| Skills | This is an entry level publishing position, but an interest in Children’s books and publishing is essential. Office experience would also be beneficial; Proficiency in Microsoft; Office with a particular focus on Excel and PowerPoint; A very close eye for detail and accuracy; Excellent verbal and written communication skills plus the ability to write persuasive copy; Experience working with sales data for sales analysis; Confidence in building and maintaining relationships both internally and with customers; The ability to prioritise tasks and deadlines in a busy and fast paced environment for multiple stakeholders; Willingness to be fully involved in our busy and fun office. |

| Salary and Benefits | The salary range for this role will be between £35,000 and £40,000 depending on experience and suitability for the role. |
| Skills | Proficiency in Adobe programmes, excellent proven book design and typographic skills, and good organisational skills are also essential, along with good written and spoken communication skills and the ability to work to a deadline.
