Salary and Benefits The starting salary for this role is £44,000.
Skills Demonstrated track record as a rights seller with expertise in negotiations, presentations, and sales strategies; Previous experience representing a wide range of children’s books titles in pre-school, picture books, non-fiction, activity and fiction; Co-edition experience essential. Line management experience essential; Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with effective relationship management; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment; Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in exploring new opportunities and a deep understanding of international publishing dynamics; Keen interest in emerging publishing trends around the world, with a readiness to present these insights to the company and key stakeholders; Spanish language abilities desirable.
