Skills We’re looking for a data-driven marketer with strong analytical skills. You’ll be confident working across ad and sales data, and reporting tools, with a proven track record of running successful paid digital advertising campaigns. You’ll be an innovator, always pushing to improve, experiment, and find fresh, effective ways to reach more readers, including using AI and automation to make our processes more efficient. We’re seeking a strategic thinker who can shape marketing plans, and devise creative campaigns that get our books noticed. Whether you’re already managing a team or ready to take that step, you’ll enjoy developing others and setting a high standard. You’ll communicate clearly and persuasively, both on the page and in person, and you’ll be comfortable working independently while juggling competing priorities.
