Skills	You will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and proven experience managing a high-traffic or e‑commerce website; You should be able to discuss technical issues with stakeholders around e-commerce (Shopify), UX, SEO, accessibility, design, etc., and communicate these requirements to developers or 3rd parties; You are creative and innovative in your approach to service delivery, continually looking for ways to improve service to the business; You have CMS, SEO, and analytics knowledge; Google Analytics experience of tracking and analysing website traffic and user behaviour, including ghost traffic; experience of managing the Data privacy platform Osano; You have a solid understanding and experience of managing at least one of the content management systems (WordPress/Sanity) and familiarity with the Jamstack approach;
