We're working on a lovely new role with a prestigious independent academic publisher, who is looking for an Inventory Manager to look after inventory for multiple academic imprints. This role will suit someone with previous inventory management experience, ideally within book publishing, looking to join an amazing London team. The role will be remote initially, and then move to a hybrid model with 2 days in the London office.
The Inventory Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing inventory for multiple academic titles and imprints, informing decisions around reprints and POD
- Overseeing Amazon KEP and financial reports
- Reporting on stock and sales figures
- Monitoring invoicing deliveries
This is the perfect role for someone with great hands-on experience on managing publishing inventory and stock, and who will be able to navigate supply issues and work to reduce costs and excess stock.
Good knowledge of Excel and inventory management systems like Vista or Cognos is an advantage.
For a full description of the role, please send your CV with a brief paragraph outlining your relevant skills.
Closing Date: Early applications may be prioritised.
