Account Executive

A prestigious STM and academic publisher in central London is hiring an Account Executive for a 12 month fixed term contract in their Open Access team. You will manage relationships with institutional and society customers and work on streamlining membership processes. This role would suit someone with relevant experience in an account management or customer focused role who has strong reporting skills and enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders.

 

Key duties:

  • Develop relationships with existing institutional and society accounts and manage existing membership renewals
  • Prepare activity and analysis reports for institutions
  • Work with colleagues across different departments to help implement and streamline the membership process
  • Work with marketing colleagues on strategies and campaigns

Experience / skills required:

  • Proven account management or customer service experience
  • Strong numeracy and reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
