Account Executive (Academic)

A leading Academic publisher in Central London is looking for a customer service focused Account Executive to support their busy journals library sales team and provide post-sales support.  This is a six month maternity cover contract.

 

Key duties:

  • Work closely with offshores Account Support team on the post sales activities
  • Monitor licensing workflow and ensure all sales licenses are signed and filed
  • Manage sales department workflow through SalesForce
  • Support sales team with various admin tasks
  • Liaise with finance department to ensure invoice and revenue are accurate
  • Identify opportunities for business development where applicable

Experience / skills required:

  • Customer focused with a keen eye to details
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to change
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Good IT skills, including Excel
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • European language skills will be advantageous
