Account Manager

Are you an experienced Sales or Account Manager with a knowledge of the publishing industry? We have an amazing role for a Sales / Account Manager to join a leading technology and information provider offering marketing and digital services to the publishing industry working with publishers, booksellers, service providers and self-publishers. This is a remote role with team meetings taking place once a month in London.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Responsible for managing an established portfolio of key accounts
  • Identify new commercial opportunities for upselling
  • Attending key trade events including the Book Fairs, establishing strong client relationships
  • Build strong internal stakeholder relationships with Finance, Marketing and Product Development Teams

The successful candidate will have significant experience within the publishing industry, a strong knowledge of the BookTrade and the emerging trends within the industry. The Sales / Account Manager will have a solutions sales approach, be consultative and confident in working with a publishers, retailers, wholesalers and service providers across the publishing industry. Experienced in presenting, delivering sales forecasting and managing budgets, the successful candidate will be a confident self-started with a flexible, motivated approach - this is an amazing opportunity to join a growing team in a dynamic organisation!
