Our client is a leading provider of bespoke professional development courses and events for Lawyers based in stunning offices in the City of London. We are looking to recruit an Account Manager to cover a 12 month maternity leave contract responsible for selling on-site, bespoke training to law firms, corporate businesses and local government.
This role is largely focused on building really great relationships with clients, delivering an excellent level of service and identifying opportunities for new business from existing and new clients. Key responsibilities will include:
-Liaising with law firms, corporate businesses and government to generate on-site training business
-Writing and sending out sales proposals for training
-Undertake analysis to understand the training needs of the client
-Build strong relationships internally with Business Development Managers to maximise sales
-Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
-Liaise with trainers to brief on client's requirements, confirm dates and ensure training is delivered to exceed expectations
-Report client feedback and sales activity to the Head of Sales & Marketing internally
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, customer focused candidate looking for a new challenge. The successful candidate will have demonstrable B2B telesales experience, alongside strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients. Any experience in the legal sector and experience of selling training products and events would be an advantage.
