Account Manager

A highly established international EdTech company is seeking a Publisher Success Manager with solid experience as an Account Manager to join their team in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused Account Manager looking to develop a career with a leader in Education Technology.

The main responsibility of the Publisher Success Manager will be to engage with a named list of key publishers to ensure that their needs are met, and drive digital learning solutions, to maximise the benefit to the publisher. You will also be responsible for on-boarding and training new publishers, identification of areas for potential growth, revenue retention and overall customer satisfaction.
