Account Manager

Our client is leading B2B digital media company delivering marketing technology and lead generation solutions based in Central London. We are looking for a results driven Account Manager responsible for coordinating, analysing and reporting on campaign performance at all phases of launch from start to finish.

The Account Manager will be focused largely on managing leads once they have been generated by the sales team, focusing on customer success and up selling other solutions as part of the overall package. Working closely with the Sales and Operations teams, as well as with Product Development and Support Services to deliver the best possible service to their clients.

The successful candidate will have a strong customer focused mentality, with excellent interpersonal skills. Account Management experience would be an advantage, but is not essential if the successful applicant can demonstrate the ability to up sell and build relationships with clients. Strong analytical, problem solving, quantitative and organisational skills are essential, alongside the ability to be a fantastic self starter.
