Account Representative, Arabic Speaking

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Arabic Speaking Account Representative to join a leading publishing services provider supporting their Account Managers and Publishers with the management of their accounts and content in order to achieve sales targets.

In this role you will be a brand champion, supporting the drive of sales and advising customers on products and services, as well as handling any publisher queries and being problem-solving and solutions focused. You will be responsible for ensuring all new content is integrated on time and also maintaining and managing systems including CMS and CSS ensuring all correct information is recorded and up to date.

The ideal candidate for this role will have similar experience in a B2B client support role and be used to working in a busy fast-paced environment. Great attention to detail is required for this role as well as a passion for putting customers first and working with others. Flexibility is also key, so you must be adaptable to frequent change. Fluency in Arabic is an essential requirement for this role.

This is a full time permanent role based in Milton Keynes, with hybrid remote working available - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. If this sounds like your next perfect role we would love to hear from you!
