Administrator

Are you a highly organised and enthusiastic Administrator looking for the opportunity to build on your experience and a career in office administration?  We are looking for an Administrator to join our central London office near Bond Street to support our team of recruitment consultants and to keep the office running smoothly.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with a collaborative and friendly team. 

 

Key duties:

  • Provide effective administrative support to the team
  • First contact with clients and candidates over the phone
  • Oversee smooth running of the London office, dealing with reception on any issues with heating/light/phones
  • Monitor stock and order stationery supplies as required
  • Keep recruitment database up to date including uploading new CVs and updating candidate and client records
  • Publication of relevant advertising on websites and job boards
  • Monitor incoming CVs and distribute to relevant consultants
  • Reformatting of CVs and candidate summary writing
  • Updating spreadsheets and running reports
  • Occasional referencing of candidates
  • Assist with updating of Social Media sites 
  • Perform other duties as required e.g. arranging interviews, sourcing leads for consultants

Experience / skills required:

  • Some previous office / administration experience is essential
  • Must have a good working knowledge of MS Office including Word and Outlook with experience using a database
  • Fast and accurate typing and attention to detail is essential
  • Excellent communication skills including good telephone manner
  • Great multi-tasking abilities and a willingness to learn new skills
  • Able to prioritise and remain calm under pressure
  • This is an ideal 1st/2nd administrative job for someone with an interest in recruitment 
  • Knowledge of Social Media, with experience of Wordpress and a knowledge of SEO a plus
