Area Sales Manager - London

Do you have a strong understanding of the Children's book industry and the booksellers in London?

We have an amazing opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to focus on London for a leading independent children's publisher! This is a flexible hours role and not office based with the core responsibilities to sell their list into bookshops and non-trade accounts within the London area.

The successful candidate will have experience of selling children's books into this key market and will be ambitious and target-driven with a proven track record in building profitable business relationships. You will have bookseller and book manager contacts and excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with is passionate about children's books, has an understanding of the UK book trade and a genuine love of sales and publishing.
