Area Sales Manager – Scotland, Northern England, North Wales

A leading book sales representation company has asked us to be the exclusive recruiter to find an Area Sales Manager to join their friendly team.

The company is well-established and has a great reputation with book buyers and client publishers. You’ll be representing well-known independent trade and academic publishing houses in your territory which covers Scotland, Northern England, North Wales.

Your role will be to drive sales in the book trade and non-traditional outlets and to visit key academic campuses as well as some home-based work hence there is a great variety to the role. You’ll be field based approximately 3 days per week and home-based for the remainder.

The role could suit someone currently working as a bookseller, or a sales administrator or executive looking for a client-facing field sales representation role.

In addition to a good salary and company benefits you’ll use a company car so you will need a full clean driving license.
