Assessment Consultant

Our client is a leading publisher of psychology content based in Central Oxford, they are looking for an Assessment Consultant to join the team in a brand new role on an initial 10 month FTC with the possibility of becoming permanent. This is a hybrid role working in the Oxford office at least 1 day per week. This is a brand new role created by the company in order to maximise the use psychometric assessments in the education sector, particularly within schools.

The Assessment Consultant will have primary responsibility for delivering web-based and onsite product demonstrations and training, developing new training materials, consulting on customer queries and presenting psychometric products at in person events.

We are looking for a candidate with a knowledge of assessment practices within UK schools and proven experience either as an education psychologist, or in assessment psychology - ideally with knowledge of psychometric testing.

This is a fantastic role to work in a collaborative environment within a small successful team. You will use your existing knowledge to build effective relationships, have a clear and influential style of communication and excellent customer service skills.
