A highly successful audiobook publisher is looking for a digitally savvy and enthusiastic Assistant Customer Service Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for supporting the client's customers with their queries and managing the finances. The role would be based in the office in the South West near Oxfordshire and is full-time.
Your duties will include:
- Handling customer queries and helping them with any offline or digital issues
- Trouble-shooting technical issues
- Processing invoices and helping with finances
- Assisting with ad-hoc office administrative tasks
You will be someone with experience in customer service or support with a knowledge of and passion for digital media. You will know how to adapt to digital products and be highly organised with excellent Excel skills and a firm grasp of managing finances. You will have strong communication skills, able to talk through technical issues clearly.
