Our client is a leading professional publisher of books, journals, and digital learning products for the engineering community - we have a fantastic opportunity to join them as Assistant Digital Editor working within their digital learning division, supporting the administration and development of digital platforms and websites. This is a hybrid role working in our clients offices in Hertfordshire, a 20 minute train ride from London, 2 days a week.
The Assistant Digital Editor will have core responsibilities to include:
- Quality assurance of all courses and communication with the Project Editor on any issues
- Organise the external review process
- Support the content team, ensuring content within learning management systems is tagged and displaying correctly
- Sales, Finance and Marketing support - ensuring sales and financial data is correct and any content associated with market material is displaying as it should
The successful candidate will be a proactive team player, able to work on their own initiative with a meticulous attention to detail. We are ideally looking for someone with admin experience and some basic knowledge of digital publishing as well as an ability to work with and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
