Associate Editor - 9 months FTC

We are working on a lovely 9-months contract role for an Associate Editor within the Editorial team of an independent academic publisher who produces a range of research methods content, including video and interactive resources.

Reporting into the Publisher, you will be responsible for:

• Working on commissioning projects for annual collections, including various content types such as case studies, videos, how-to guides and datasets
• Overseeing the peer review process, as well as the footage and script review for video content
• Ensuring timely delivery of content
• Communicating frequently with authors, content creators, external partners and vendors to ensure content is delivered on time and to agreed standards
• Identifying new licensing partners for collections
• Contributing to the content development strategy
