Associate Marketing Manager - Customer Success

We have a fantastic marketing opportunity to join a well-known academic publisher as their new Associate Marketing Manager. In this role, you will be promoting a range of digital products and platforms to academic communities and drive engagement for digital course solutions.

You will be responsible for coming up with the strategy and objectives behind new marketing campaigns and events as well as developing and implementing key content strategies within key digital programmes. This role can be very creative as you will be experimenting with different channels and campaign formats to better engage with students and faculty, as well as having a strong focus on analysing usage data to inform new features and enhancements on the platforms.

To be successful in this role, you must be confident reporting on results and key KPI measures, ensuring your market knowledge is always up to date and communicated with key stakeholders, departments and research teams. Strong communication skills are essential for this role with the ability to problem solve and make necessary changes to deliver growth and success to digital lists and products.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience of marketing to a large range of audiences with particular strengths and enjoyment in the analytical side of marketing. Strong negotiation and influencing skills are also key, with this role involving building strong customer relationships. Experience in publishing would also be beneficial.

This role offers hybrid working (ca. one day a week in the office) with their offices being based in Oxford, and is a brilliant next step for someone with a strong marketing background who enjoys experimenting with new ideas and wants to develop their marketing skills further.
