We have an unmissable opportunity for a Project Editor looking for a role that has a positive impact within the healthcare sector. Our client, a specialist healthcare media company, is looking for two Associate Medical Editors to lead on the creation of a range of multimedia resources geared towards improving patient care.
The company have offices in London and in Buckinghamshire, though the role can be largely remote, and flexible arrangements will be considered.
As Projects Editor, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the editorial work for a range of print and digital multimedia projects
- Proofreading, rewriting and editing content to ensure accuracy
- Writing copy for author briefs and email communications
- Commissioning freelance medical writers and other contributors
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has been working in an STM publishing environment or in the healthcare sector to take the next step up on the editorial career ladder. The ideal candidate for this role will have a life sciences background, strong proofreading skills and be adept at project management. Knowledge of CMS systems, Google Analytics and eLearning would also be ideal but are not essential.
