Associate Publishing Manager

We are working on an exciting new content development role for a global scientific publisher; this role will sit in one of their newest divisions which focuses on developing workshops, webinars, masterclasses, online courses and other training solutions aimed at researchers all over the world, to support their career development and achieve recognition for their work.

Joining the team at the Associate Publishing Manager level, you will be responsible for coordinating the content development and delivery for a growing portfolio of training solutions for researchers, including online and in-person sessions. You will support the Publishing Manager to create training materials, creating schedules and timelines for ongoing projects, assisting with the testing and delivery of new modules, as well as liaising with third parties to secure copyright permissions.

This role is based in London, with 2 days a week in the office.

The ideal candidate will be bale to deliver publishing projects and have strong content development and project management skills; as they will be working on targeted training solutions for researchers, a research background in natural sciences would be preferable, or equivalent experience in scientific publishing, science comms or training product development.
