Audio Publishing Coordinator
Amazing new Audio Publishing role available!
Do you have superior administration and co-ordination skills? One of the world-leading publishers of audio-books and digital media is looking for a hard-working and personable Audio Publishing Coordinator to join their growing team in Newbury.
This is a key role within the company and you will be responsible for:
- Managing all of the recording studios
- Chasing final manuscripts from publishers
- Maintaining the production schedule
- Managing the logistics and scheduling narrators
- Data entry and general organisational duties
- Inputting metadata
- Invoicing
- Working directly with narrators and authors
This role is really exciting and well suited to candidates who have some experience working in administration. You could be a Publicity/Publishing Assistant or an Agent's Assistant looking for your next challenge, but you could also come from outside of publishing and have experience working in an admin role. You will have excellent attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be exceptionally organised.
