Bid Writer / Funding Manager (Education)

An opportunity has arisen to join a leading Education organisation as their Bid Writer / Funding Manager. This remote-based role offers great flexibility, and welcomes applications from those interested in either part-time or full-time work, or a fixed-term contract or permanent employment. Our client has offices in central London should office working be preferable when that is possible.

The Bid Writer / Funding Manager will have a varied and exciting role whereby they will use their international funding and bid management experience to identify and successfully manage bids and tenders with worldwide government organisations within the education sector. They will be responsible for creating and overseeing each bid, and also be involved in the writing of the bid and tender proposals. They will work with colleagues across the business to ensure a smooth process and high quality submissions when it comes to managing each bid or tender.

The ideal Bid Writer / Funding Manager will be someone with experience in international funding, including excellent bid writing skills as well as proven bid and tender management experience, including managing bids and tenders worldwide, for the education sector as this role would require an understanding of the international education landscape, specifically in the Middle Eastern, African and European markets. Top-notch communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) will be key, alongside strong organisation and project management skills. This flexible and varied role provides the perfect opportunity for a skilled Bid Manager to join a leading international Education organisation.
