Recruitment Advisor

We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join us as we strive to elevate the recruitment function to the next level. 

The role

Reporting to the HR Manager, the Recruitment Advisor will support the UK business in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.  The role will contribute towards several initiatives to enhance the recruitment offering to meet the business objectives of welcoming and recruiting applicants from all backgrounds and identities, enabling Bloomsbury and the global publishing industry to be shaped and enhanced by diverse voices that reflect our culture and society.

Knowledge, skills and experience 

  • Demonstrated proven 360 recruitment experience
  • Recruitment CMS or ATS experience and knowledge
  • Solid stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Good organisational skills, prioritise workload, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Knowledge of employment law and recruitment practices
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to maintain confidentiality at all times, ensuring that personal details are, recorded and stored as appropriate, and in line with data protection.

Additional information

The role is a full-time permanent position

Salary Range: £37,000 - £40,000

The role is based at our London office 50 Bedford Square, London, WC1B 3DP on a hybrid-working pattern of 2 days office based / 3 days home based (or fully office based if preferred).  Allocated office days for this role are: tbc
