Salary range: £25,000 - £29,000 depending on experience

General summary

We are looking for a highly organised, creative and proactive rights executive to join our dynamic team.

Essential job functions/responsibilities

The role is best suited for someone with at least one year’s international rights experience, negotiating rights sales and contract terms.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A proven track of administrative experience
  • Good communication skills
  • A sharp eye for detail and ideally language skills
  • Knowledge of Biblio is preferred

This is a busy role in which you will be expected to identify and exploit sales opportunities, attend international book fairs, negotiate deals and maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential partners in various territories, so a keen interest in the international book market is essential as is the ability to work both individually but most importantly as part of a team. You will be working across our adult fiction and non-fiction lists which are growing...
