We are seeking a proactive Personal Agents Assistant to support our visionary CEO and Creative Director, Vicki Willden-Lebrecht, in both her personal and professional realms.

What we’re looking for:

We need a motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and creative environment and excels at multitasking. If you possess strong interpersonal skills, exceptional organisational abilities, are adaptable and enjoy fluidity, with a keen eye for design, we want to hear from you! Your excellent verbal and written communication skills will be essential, and prior experience in publishing or licensing is a definite bonus.

As the Personal Assistant, your influence over her time will be crucial in maximising Vicki’s efficiency and effectiveness. By taking on administrative duties you’ll create the space she needs to focus on the strategic aspects of the business, ultimately driving the agency’s success. Your role will not only involve traditional administrative tasks and working closely with the creative aspect of the agency but also the opportunity to support a dynamic leader in achieving her personal and professional goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex diaries, coordinating work and personal schedules across time zones with our US office.
  • Plan and execute events and travel arrangements seamlessly working with the Office administrator.
  • Respond promptly to client and internal inquiries.
  • Maintain trend boards and gather valuable feedback.
  • Assist with author and artist development initiatives.
  • Support the creation of pitch decks and manage expenses.
  • Serve as a liaison between Vicki and senior agents, marketing, and design teams.
  • Handle various life admin tasks, from paying bills to scheduling appointments.

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent written communication with good grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • A genuine love of organisation and support
  • Outstanding administration skills
  • Able to work in an ambiguous, fluid and ideas-driven environment
  • Confidence in own capability and adaptable.
  • Pragmatic with a drive to deliver
  • A love of a creative environment with experience in publishing, licensing, design or creative industry.
  • Enjoys working on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Office Management / PA experience to a Founder or CEO – minimum 2-year experience
  • Excellent multi-tasker and all-round plate spinner
  • Ability to pick up information rapidly
