Business Analyst
A new and engaging vacancy of a Business Analyst has arisen within the Technology Team of a prestigious independent trade publisher of highly illustrated books. They are looking for someone to analyse the company's commercial performance and to then develop and optimise the business strategy. The role will be full-time, permanent, offers excellent benefits and there is potential for hybrid working options (2-3 days a week in the Central London office).
You will be responsible for (amongst other duties):
- Interpreting business data to build on logical and physical data modelling methods
- Maintain and develop business stakeholder relationships
- Overseeing data testing
- Handling vendors to make sure they are providing business value and effective processes/workflows
They are looking for someone with experience in business analysis, has a strong working knowledge of book publishing and bibliographic systems and the analytical techniques (e.g. user stories) and writing test scripts. You will be a confident written and verbal communicator, comfortable with engaging with stakeholders.
