Business Analyst (initial 6 month contract)

A leading global publisher has an opportunity for a Business Analyst to join their technology division for a minimum period of 6 months. The ideal Business Analyst will be based in the UK. The company offer remote, flexible working and a competitive salary and benefits package.

Sat within the Project Management Office, the Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements and act as a liaison among international stakeholders to understand the capabilities required to meet organisational goals and objectives. The Business Analyst will work closely with business leaders, development teams, and stakeholders to discover, define and communicate business processes and workflow. In addition, the Business Analyst will work closely with the engineering and QA teams to represent the voice of the business in the definition of detailed requirements for new projects and enhancements.

The ideal Business Analyst will have solid experience as a business analyst, system analyst or quality analyst within the Publishing industry, along with demonstrated experience in driving projects independently. The ability to effectively collaborate with business & IT partners and to foster strong relationships with them to aid successful project delivery will be key, as well as strong analytical thinking and top-notch communication skills. Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, ERP systems, and customer advocacy are also important. To find out more about this opportunity, get in touch ASAP.
