Business Development Manager

A leading global educational publisher is looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for their ELT portfolio in the Gulf region. The position is based in Dubai and will involve travel in the region.

Key duties:

  • Driving growth through new business and strategic initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with ministries, strategic partners and global clients
  • Implementing market specific publishing programs in accordance to budget
  • Creating bespoke publishing for large accounts
  • Negotiating business terms and exploring business models with key clients

Experience / skills required:

  • Substantial business development experience in educational publishing, ideally within ELT or schools
  • Experience of working with partners in the Middle East or international contacts
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams
  • Fluency in Arabic both written and spoken essential
