A well-known and highly successful business publisher based in London is looking for a switched on and motivated Business Development Manager to sell recruitment solutions across their recruitment portfolio. You will be maintaining regular contact with your client list and building excellent working and would be ensuring maximum delivery against sales targets across entire brand portfolio digital & print through the management and growth of customer accounts & generation of new business.
What you will be doing:
- Represent the recruitment brands in the market and Identify new revenue streams to generate sustainable growth.
- Find and target new areas for revenue e.g. new company launches, networking at industry events, expanding relationships with advertising agencies.
- To attend various exhibitions/conferences/events and seminars as agreed, to maintain and build client contacts and obtain new leads where possible.
The successful person will ideally have a minimum of 6-12 months sales experience in a B2B environment and will be professional, entrepreneurial and organized and an excellent communicator with innate sales skills including: negotiation, influencing, creating urgency and closing.
